Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

To start a return, please contact cecesworldbrand@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective. We do not offer refunds on final sale items.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
